GCSR-CGHPR
GCSR-CGHPR is an ultra-thin, high-performance graphite sheet designed for thermal management in compact and high-power devices. Made from highly oriented crystallised graphite, this material delivers exceptional in-plane thermal conductivity, up to ≥1700 W/m K in the X-Y direction, while maintaining flexibility and low weight.
This sheet is ideal for use in tight spaces, where traditional heat sinks may not fit. It acts as a heat spreader or interface-level sink, transferring heat away from critical components like CPUs, memory modules, batteries, or LED chips. With a Z-axis conductivity of 15–20 W/m K, it supports multi-directional heat flow while maintaining strong structural stability.
GCSR-CGHPR is available in multiple thicknesses: 70 μm, 85 μm, and 100 μm. It handles operating temperatures from -40°C to +400°C, making it suitable for high-stress environments. The material is lightweight (density ≥1.9–2.1 g/cm³) and easy to cut into custom shapes. Engineers can integrate it into smartphones, tablets, optical equipment, semiconductors, and more.
The sheet supports multi-layer configurations and comes with optional surface finishes or laminates like PET, PEEK, or PI. Adhesive layers, either pressure-sensitive or high-temp, can also be applied, helping reduce long-term contact resistance and offering optional electrical insulation.
GCSR-CGHPR is RoHS compliant and built for flexibility in both design and performance. Use it to supplement conventional cooling or to replace bulky heat sinks in space-constrained builds.
In summary, GCSR-CGHPR combines ultra-high thermal conductivity, flexibility, and low mass in a compact form. It’s ideal for engineers needing strong heat dissipation in modern electronic applications, especially where space, weight, and performance all matter.
