GCSR-108-PCM

GCSR-108-PCM is a solid-state phase change material (PCM) designed for efficient thermal transfer. It delivers high conductivity at 8.0 W/m K and low thermal impedance of just 0.046 °C-in²/W at 40 psi. This helps move heat quickly from sensitive components to cooling surfaces.

At room temperature, the material stays solid. This makes it easy to handle, cut, and install. Once heated to its phase change temperature, between 45°C and 55°C, it softens. As it flows, it fills tiny air gaps and surface voids. This greatly improves contact between components and heat sinks, reducing resistance and improving cooling.

Moreover, GCSR-108-PCM insulates electrically. It has a dielectric constant of 3.1 and volume resistivity of 2×10¹³ Ω·cm. It’s also flame-retardant with a UL 94 V-0 rating, making it safe for high-performance electronics. It works well in environments from -20°C to +125°C.

The material is dense (2.8 g/cm³) yet thin, available in 0.13 mm, 0.15 mm, and 0.20 mm options. Sheet sizes include 150×150 mm and 200×200 mm. You can also order custom die-cut shapes to fit specific components.

This PCM works well in processors, power devices, LEDs, and other high-heat electronics. Since it applies as a clean, dry sheet, it avoids mess and simplifies installation. Once in place and heated, it becomes a low-resistance thermal layer.

In summary, GCSR-108-PCM improves thermal contact, reduces resistance, and boosts cooling performance. Its easy application, strong thermal specs, and electrical safety make it a smart solution for heat-sensitive devices. Use it where efficient, long-lasting thermal management is critical.
