GCSR-030
GCSR-030 is a high-performance, silicone-based thermal interface pad designed to boost heat transfer in electronic and industrial systems. With a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m K, it quickly draws heat away from sensitive components to maintain stable performance and prevent overheating.
This soft, flexible grey pad easily compresses to fit uneven surfaces. Its low Shore OO hardness fills tiny air gaps between heat sources and heat sinks, improving contact and reducing thermal resistance.
GCSR-030 also delivers strong electrical insulation. It has a dielectric strength over 10 kV/mm and a dielectric constant of 5.5 at 1 MHz It performs reliably in extreme conditions, with a wide operating range from -40°C to +200°C, and meets UL 94 V-0 flame resistance standards.
The silicone construction ensures long-term durability. It resists cracking, tearing, and degradation, even under repeated thermal cycling or mechanical stress.
Available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm, GCSR-030 can be cut to custom shapes and sizes. This flexibility makes it ideal for use in power modules, CPUs, GPUs, LED lighting, and battery systems.
