GCSR-008TAFG-0.15(A) is a thin, double-sided thermal tape designed for strong bonding and effective heat transfer. It uses a fibreglass core and ceramic-filled acrylic adhesive on both sides. This combination improves thermal conductivity and adds mechanical strength.

The total thickness is 0.15 mm, with thermal conductivity rated at ≥0.8 W/m K. It helps move heat from components to heat sinks or casings, keeping devices cool and stable. Its slim profile makes it ideal for compact assemblies.
