GCS-FLOSIL-600-V1 is a high-performance silicone adhesive used for coating, sealing, and protection in electronic and industrial applications. It offers excellent flexibility, strong adhesion, and reliable moisture resistance. The compound cures quickly and forms a durable, self-levelling layer that bonds well to a variety of surfaces.

With a tack-free time of just 7 minutes and a viscosity of 108,000 mPa s, GCS-FLOSIL-600-V1 is easy to apply and fast-setting. It delivers a Shore A hardness of 25, a tensile strength of 2.0 MPa, and an elongation at break of 360%. This balance of softness and strength allows it to stretch and flex without cracking, even under mechanical or thermal stress.

This silicone adhesive is ideal for use as a conformal coating, sealant, or potting compound. Use it to cover battery terminals, seal high-voltage insulators, or protect electronics from moisture and dust. It’s also suitable for waterproofing, formed-in-place gaskets, and general-purpose adhesive tasks.

The product is supplied in a 90ml syringe for easy application and has a shelf life of 15 months when stored below 27°C. It cures with exposure to moisture in the air, making it convenient for open-air application without special equipment.

However, GCS-FLOSIL-600-V1 is not suitable for all surfaces. Avoid use on marble, granite, or greasy materials. Do not apply in enclosed spaces or on food-contact surfaces. Surfaces should be clean, dry, and between 5°C and 40°C for proper adhesion.
