GCSR-060

GCSR-060 is a high-quality silicone-based thermal interface pad designed to enhance heat transfer in electronic and industrial applications. With a thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/m K, it efficiently moves heat from components to heat sinks or spreaders, helping to prevent overheating and maintain stable performance.

This grey, soft pad conforms easily to surface irregularities. Its high compressibility allows it to fill air gaps and create consistent thermal contact. As a result, it reduces thermal resistance and improves cooling efficiency.

GCSR-060 offers excellent electrical insulation with a dielectric strength above 7 kV/mm and a dielectric constant of 7.5 at 1 kHz. It also holds up under a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +200°C, making it suitable for high-power or high-heat environments.

Its durable silicone construction provides long-term stability. The pad resists wear, deformation, and flame (UL 94 V-0 rated), ensuring safety and reliability over time. With a Shore OO hardness of 70 and specific gravity of 3.4 g/cm³, it delivers both softness and strength.
